Under the supervision of the Supervisor, my duties  and responsibilities are as follows:

• If assigned as wardman:

-Assist patient for CT Scan

-Attend to new admssion as well as all discharges;

-Change linens;

-Answer to nurses' calls. However, student nurses are opted to do the task such as bringing of charts, specimens etc.

-Cleaning of rooms upon discharged;

-Bring patient for X-ray and Ultrasound.

• If assigned as Janitor:

-Be responsible for collection of room and CR garbages, rags as well as air-con containers

-Clean rooms: windows, beds, tables, corridors and stairs, walls and ceilings;

-Checks water supply in every room at all times

-May assist patient for CT Scan

-Attend nurses' buzzer.

• If assigned in ground floors & mezzanine floor, i shall:

-Washed corridors every morning;

-Collect garbages;

-Do clean up at ER, Laboratory, Pharmacy, X-Ray & Ultrasound;

-Assist in transporting patients and messages & charts from ground floor to stations;

-Clean windows, stairs, and walls.
