Perform system support and pursue process/system improvements on the business aspect of the organization using JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP modules/process:
Financials- General Ledger, A/R, A/P, Fixed assets
Perform the creation of new supplier and customer to JDE System
Performs process design, testing, documents business requirements and procedures of functional areas and implements approved system changes and controls
Develops training plans and programs to increase end users knowledge of business system applications.
Provides helpdesk support to all external departments on computer-related (software) issues and concerns.
Conducts JDE system orientation/training to new users.
Practices and implements HACCP, GMP and 5S.
Performs special tsk/projects that may be assigned from time to time as the need arises.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT or relevnt Engineering field
He/she should have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience on handling Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
