Job Summary: Responsible for supervising personnel, monitoring performance, ensuring service center processes are followed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Supervisory Tasks
1. Oversees service center personnel, monitors and improves their performance, submits performance reports as required.
2. Enforces company policies, process flow and standard procedures, and ensures safety protocols are followed in the service shop.
3. Monitors the work-load output of service technicians and the activity and productivity of on-site technicians.
B. Customer Service
4. Handles customer complaints, queries, and other concerns regarding the servicing of units.
5. Ensures that customers are given the right information such as the price, estimated time for service, and status of the units.
C. Reports and Inventory Management
6. Submits reports on incidents or accidents in the service shop, and reports on the violations commited by supervised personnel.
7. Keeps an updated inventory of checked-in units, units undergoing repair, and repaired units.
8. Monitors and checks the spare parts borrowed and the spare parts for request.
9. Prepares and submits reports on service center status, progress, and accomplishments.
