Qualifications:
✔️Graduate of BS / AB Psychology or any related course
✔️At least 1-year experience in Compensation and Benefits
✔️Must be knowledgeable in all facets of Human Resource Department
✔️Proficiency in Computers and Microsoft Office Applications
✔️Has strong interpersonal skills and communication skill
✔️Prior experience in Human Resource operations and knowledge of best practices.
✔️Must be analytically inclined
✔️Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
✔️Has strong ethics and discretion
✔️Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
✔️Professional attitude is required for this position.
