Counter Sales Specialist Fulltime

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for accommodating customers, merchandising and selling of industrial products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE         

1 Welcomes customers as they enter the store, accommodates customers and ensure their satisfying stay inside the store.

2 Recognizes the needs of the customers and provide detailed information to the customer about the technical specifications of the product items.

3 Advises customers on technical matters and recommends appropriate usage and maintenance, warranty of product items.

  • SELLING AND MERCHANDISING         

4 Uses persuasive methods and suggestive selling to complete sales to customers.

5 Keeps the items in the racks organized and presentable.

6 Ensures accessories are complete, checks the product specs and price tags accuracy.

  • OTHER CLERICAL TASKS         

7 Maintains inventory of stocks in the assigned rack, and prepares the list of product items for replenishment, ensures min-max is observed.

8 Maintains a clean and clear selling area.

9 Performs other related tasks as directed by the superior.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

Vocational degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical Courses

 EXPERIENCE

 At least 1-2 years experience in a sales role
