-Responsible in the monitoring of day to day operations in the Front Office Department which includes room reservations and assignments, bell services, guest reception, telephone and mail information.
-Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending Front Office policies and procedures
-Monitor room revenue by preparing weekly or monthly summary of total room sales achieved in a period.
-Coordinate with centralized Sales and Marketing Department in the implementation of marketing and sales strategies and promotional activities to increase room revenue
-Responsible for maintaining and overseeing successful worker performance and provide action plans/recommendations toward improvement
-Graduate of any of the following:
-BS Hotel and Restaurant Management
-At least 5 years hands on working experience in the Front Office Department preferably as a supervisor with extensive knowledge in all of its operations
-General knowledge of various customer service practices.
-Effective Oral and written communication skills including telephone communication.
-Excellent computer skills especially in a Microsoft Windows Environment
-Has strong work ethics and follows company policies and general rules set forth by a company
-Ability to lead the department and maintain successful administrative work
-Has Good interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills.
-Resourceful and well-organized.
