Logistics Customer Service Representative Fulltime

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns
  • Understand the product and answering questions about their reservations
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Sense of urgency
  • Preferably with experience in logistics and warehouse

Qualifications


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Preferably with exposure in the use of Netsuite or any related software
  • Knowledgeable in warehousing and logistics transaction
  • Able to handle and resolve customer complains
  • Can perform multitask, organized, and with less supervision
