Admin Staff/HR Assistant Fulltime

As Administrative Staff/Human Resource Assistant, my duties and responsibilities are as follows:

ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

  •   Takes charge of all promissory notes.
  •   Records all guaranteed items.
  •   In charge of the monthly commission of the medical secretaries.
  •   Performs functions and responsibilities of the Human Resource Officer in her absence.
  •   Assist the Hospital Administrator and Medical Director in their administrative needs if the need arises.
  •   Performs level of administrative secretarial tasks of a confidential nature including to producing letters, reports, and safekeeping.
  •   Communicates in a positive and effective manner with staff and visitors.
  •   Answers telephone communications.
  •   Maintains calendar appointments and activities of the Hospital President.
  •   Maintains administrative board files.
  •   Other duties as assigned and needed.


 HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT

  •   Act as Assistant to the Human Resource Officer.
  •   Performs functions and responsibilities of the Human Resource Officer in her absence.
  •   Acts as Secretary to the Board.
  •   Assist the Hospital Administrator and Medical Director in their administrative needs.
  •   Performs level of administrative secretarial tasks of a confidential nature including to producing letters, reports and memorandums.
  •   Communicates in a positive and effective manner with staff and visitors.
  •   Answers telephone communications.
  •   Maintains calendar appointments and activities of the Administrator and Medical Director.
  •   Maintains administrative and personnel files.
  •   Other duties as assigned and needed.
