SALES ENGINEER
Job Summary:
Responsible for achieving the sales objectives, account penetration and proper accounts receivable management within area of coverage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage company’s business plans for each Account in his/her area of coverage.
- Secures necessary opening documents from potential customers.
- Gathers complete information on customers to make a proper evaluation of the account.
- Know the procedures and peculiarity of the accounts under his/her responsibility
- Develop and nurture strong account relationships in order to sustain a consistent and healthy business relationship.
- Establishes and maintains a high standard of customer service by making effective and regular area coverage to attend to customer’s requirements, inquiries, and concerns.
- Attaining and exceeding profitable sales goals by utilizing excellent sales skills, account management skills, product knowledge, and customer relations
- Develop workable programs, objectives, and action.
- Provides and articulates with account information on new products, promotions, and other new offerings by the company.
- Conduct business reviews.
- Formulate and recommend cost-efficiency measures on his/her accounts.
- Submit accurate, complete and timely reports.
- Integrate and interpret relevant information on the market.
- Ensures timely collection and remittance of account payments.
Qualifications:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
-With 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employees specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent
-A high level of technical or scientific knowledge to practical problems
-Above-average negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
-Proactive, goal-driven and highly motivated
-With unquestioned integrity and with high leadership potential
-Exposure in distribution operation is a plus
-Knows how to drive and has a valid driver’s license
-Willing to be assigned anywhere in Mindanao
