LIMKETKAI LUXE HOTEL IS IN NEED OF HUMAN RESOURCE ASSOCIATE-COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Psychology or related major.
• Proficiency in Computers and Microsoft Office Applications
• Has strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Has at least 1 year of proven experience in Compensation and Benefits or Human Resource Management (such as timekeeping, payroll, mandatory government contributions, loans and etc.)
• Prior experience in Human Resource operations and knowledge of best practices
• Must know how have a proper, accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees and closely coordinates with the payroll service provider
• Must have an idea to assists in the filing and processing of government-related employee benefits for SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, etc.
• Must be able to maintain an organized, efficient and accurate records/filing system of all payroll records, both electronic and printed copies.
• Must be analytically inclined
• Detail oriented and able to multi task
• Has strong ethics and discretion
• Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations
• Professional attitude is required for this position.
