Job Summary:

  • Generally responsible for the preparation and processing for the semi-monthly payroll of all employees of the Canoy Group of Companies.
  • Responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly SSS, HDMF and PHIC reports, loans and contributions
  • Responsible for the monitoring and updating of personnel leave credits and monthly attendance or tardiness reports of all employees of the Canoy Group of Companies.
  • Assisting the HRD Officer in the planning and implementation of Organizational plans, platforms and policies.
  • Other Related tasks assigned from time to time

Job Qualifications:

  • College Graduate with a degree in:

 - Psychology

 - Human Resource Management

 - Industrial Engineering

 - Business Administration

  • 1-2 years working experience in the Human Resource Department preferably with knowledge in Compensation/Benefits and Timekeeping
  • Effective Oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows Environment
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
  • Must be organized, detail oriented and skillful in database management and records keeping
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of Human Resource work.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
