Generally responsible for the preparation and processing for the semi-monthly payroll of all employees of the Canoy Group of Companies.
Responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly SSS, HDMF and PHIC reports, loans and contributions
Responsible for the monitoring and updating of personnel leave credits and monthly attendance or tardiness reports of all employees of the Canoy Group of Companies.
Assisting the HRD Officer in the planning and implementation of Organizational plans, platforms and policies.
Other Related tasks assigned from time to time
Job Qualifications:
College Graduate with a degree in:
- Psychology
- Human Resource Management
- Industrial Engineering
- Business Administration
1-2 years working experience in the Human Resource Department preferably with knowledge in Compensation/Benefits and Timekeeping
Effective Oral and written communication skills
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows Environment
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
Must be organized, detail oriented and skillful in database management and records keeping
Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of Human Resource work.
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
