- To assist a customer with the planning and booking aspect of their vacation or stay and flight details
- May support customers in person, over the phone, online or a combination of these
- Must be comfortable working independently
- Examine passengers documentation to determine destinations and validate plane tickets
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Sell services and products (domestic and international tour packages)
- Must be a college graduate preferably in the hospitality industry
- Good communications skills
- Attention to details is a must
