Duties & Responsibilities:
Evaluate LMC's product specifications and examining them with customer requirements.
Set quality control measures to achieve the targets.
Define quality measures in conjunction with working staff.
Ensuring product compliance with international and national legislation and standards.
Understand, evaluate, and execute the tests and procedures properly and investigate the product modifications.
Supervise the people engaged in testing and measuring product, tabulating the data relating product quality, materials.
Maintain and set up documentation and control procedures.
Supervise technical team in carrying out checks and tests.
Monitor performance by collecting relevant information and preparing statistical reports.
Determine relevant quality associated training requirements and deliver training.
Contemplate the application of health and safety, and environmental standards.
Collate and analyze performance charts and data against defined parameters.
Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
