Maintenance Personnel Fulltime

at Sabal Hospital Inc.
  • Checks and repairs all hospital fixtures and facilities (e.g. TV\' sets, decoders, electric fans & other appliances);
  • Checks and cleans air-condition units atleast 1-3 units a day;
  • Checks and repairs defective lights and fixtures including emergency lights;
  • Checks and repairs any plumbing problems, water leakages, electrical wiring and switches to insure safety;
  • Checks on fire alarm system and fire extinguishers;
  • Conducts frequent inspection and preventive maintenance on the hospital elevator;
  • Conducts water analysis every six months;
  • In charge of the maintenance of the hospital ambulance and hospital owned utility vehicle;
  • In charge for the maintenance hospital generator;
  • Records repairs in the maintenance logbook.
  • For assigned ambulance drivers, in-charge of ambulance vehicle and transportation.
  • Does other necessary functions relative to their area.
