Job Description
• Conversing with customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service through chat support.
• Records and updates client / account information.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Basic qualifications for applicants
• At least College level
• Ability to negotiate and sell
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• With or without work experience
• Computer literate
• Can communicate in ENGLISH AND FILIPINO
• Internet savvy
• Attention to detail is above average or excellent.
• Willing to work at night or on shifting schedules
• Must be sharp and aggressive.
• Attention to detail is above average or excellent.
• Computer literate with at least 35 wpm typing skills.
• Fresh graduates are always welcome to apply.
