JOB DESCRIPTIONS 

  • Responsible with encoding and collating daily inventory records
  • Maintain updated records of the overall inventory
  • Monitor and keep records of the delivery
  • Responsible for submission of an organized, accurate and timely reports
  • Responsible in verifying validity of inventory discrepancies
  • Physically checking the accurate quantity and acceptable quality of the raw materials received
  • Encode daily receiving reports in the Notes Programs
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
