HR Staff Fulltime

Supports human resources department by screening and interviewing applicants; preparing payroll; orienting new employees; administering employee benefit programs.

  • Process timekeeping for payroll, gather and process applications for leave, insurance, or loan
  • Monitor attendance and punctuality of employees
  • Call and schedule shortlisted applicants
  • Conduct examination (give test instructions, check test papers)
  • Answer queries regarding salaries, benefits, and other human resource information
  • Maintain records of personal and employment history
  • Do clerical HR work


  • A graduate of HRD, Psychology, or related courses.
  • At least 1 year experience in HR work.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction
