-Provide answers to inquiries involving a company's product or services to enhance the level of customer satisfaction.
-Communicate with the customers to respond, follow-up and resolve issues.
-Deal with customer feedback and determine action on the customer's request.
Job Qualifications:
-Candidate must be at least HS graduate with 6 months of BPO experience, SHS graduate, vocational diploma/short course certificate (1 year), bachelor's/college degree, or in any field.
-Excellent English communication skills.
-Customer service account experience is an advantage.
-Must be sharp and aggressive.
-Attention to detail is above average or excellent.
-Computer literate with at least 35 wpm typing skills.

-Willing to work at night or on shifting schedules
-Willing to relocate in Cebu
