JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible in the monitoring of day to day operations in the Front Office Department which includes room reservations and assignments, bell services, guest reception, telephone and mail information.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending Front Office policies and procedures
• Monitor room revenue by preparing weekly or monthly summary of total room sales achieved in a period.
• Coordinate with centralized Sales and Marketing Department in the implementation of marketing and sales strategies and promotional activities to increase room revenue
• Responsible for maintaining and overseeing successful worker performance and provide action plans/recommendations toward improvement
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of any of the following:
o BS Tourism
o BS Hotel and Restaurant Management
• At least 5 years hands on working experience in the Front Office Department preferably as a supervisor with extensive knowledge in all of its operations
• General knowledge of various customer service practices.
• Effective Oral and written communication skills including telephone communication.
• Excellent computer skills especially in a Microsoft Windows Environment
• Has strong work ethics and follows company policies and general rules set forth by a company
• Ability to lead the department and maintain successful administrative work
• Has Good interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills.
• Resourceful and well-organized.
