Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering; or a Graduate of Computer or Electronics Technology with Computer Hardware Servicing (CHS) National Certificate II (NC II);
EXPERIENCE:
At least one (1year) experience in computer hardware servicing;
At least one (1year) experience in computer and network troubleshooting and repair;
At least one (1year) experience in customer service environment;
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Strong background and knowledge on LAN, Operating System, Personal Computers, Software Installation, and Customer Service;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours.
Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
