EDUCATION & TRAINING:

  • Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering; or a Graduate of Computer or Electronics Technology with Computer Hardware Servicing (CHS) National Certificate II (NC II);

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least one (1year) experience in computer hardware servicing;
  • At least one (1year) experience in computer and network troubleshooting and repair;
  • At least one (1year) experience in customer service environment;

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

  • Strong background and knowledge on LAN, Operating System, Personal Computers, Software Installation, and Customer Service;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
  • A Result Oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment.
