Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Graduate of BS-Psychology or any equivalent degree or course

Master's Degree Graduate is Advantage

With extensive work experience (at least 2-3 years) on recruitment/selection and/or personnel management

 Male or Female

Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

Providing counseling on policies and procedures.

Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, contracts & appointment.
