Job Description

Assist in terms of the medical needs of the Project site/ Coordination & Documentation, safety and welfare of the employees.

Job Qualifications

  • PRC Licensed Nurse and with work experience in a Construction and Industrial setting
  • With BOSH (DOLE) OHNAP training required
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Possess highly analytical mind and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Honest, highly dependable and can work under pressure.
  • Assertive to manage time effectively, quick learner, detail-oriented and able to multi-task in fast paced environment. 
  • Good interpersonal relation skills
  • Ability to work with highly confidential information
  • Flexible and willing to work overtime when needed
  • Performs task relevant to Compensation and Benefits
  • Document Controller

Job Specifications

  • Take charge of the first aid process on instances that there is an industrial incident within the company premises
  • Incharge in processing industrial incident reports related to the company activities and submit reports to the head office. 
  • Assist in the implementation of the OSH Procedures & Safety Plan at the project site 
  • Monitor project site compliance with standards and procedures promulgated by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Bureau of Working Conditions, Health and Safety Division.
  • Performs  tasks relevant to recruitment, compensation and benefits administration
  • Constructs, updates and maintain the 201 files of all employees from deployment to separation.
  • Responsible in maintaining and updating records in the Employees Plantilla such as specific information of employees personal identification, employment status, salary rates and designation/department.
  • Implements compensation and benefits service in accordance to the company policy and government-mandated benefits.
  • In charge of the organized and proper filing of HR related documents for record purposes and for future reference. 
  • Submits monthly report on Summary of Applicants and Manpower Updates to the immediate head for review and references.
