Qualifications:

  • - Graduate of any four (4) year course preferably with business related course.

  • - At least one (1) year related experience and knowledge in processing/liaise permits in real estate company.
  • - Proficient computer skills ( MS Office, etc)
  • - Has good interpersonal skills (both oral and written)

Job Description:

  • Represent and Process Permits and Licenses Application to different Gov’t Entities on specified time frame as required by the MCDC - GOC.
  • File and compile pertinent documents required by Project Development and Monitoring:
  • 1. Ensures complete documentation.
  • 2. Initiate documentation process in construction and permit application.
  • 3. Establish and maintains significant level of relationship with customers and relevant government agencies.
  • 4. Coordinate relevant documents, clearances, licenses and approvals that may be require at site.
  • 5. Liaise and coordinate with other business units and internal service provider to ensure that all requirements are in compliance to national standards.
  • 6. Initiate safekeeping of documents for record purposes.
  • 7. Assist in the due diligence process during acquisition of properties and applying for permits and licenses
  • 8. Assist in the representation of MCDC-GOC as required during site visit or inspections.
  • 9. Document and Plan preparations and safekeeping during the application of permits and licenses
  • 10. Makes sure that all requirements related to the application process are pertinent and complete.
  • 11. Making sure that all Permits and License Application are issued on time through constant monitoring and follow-ups
  • 12. Provide support in compiling, collating and organizing of PDM related Docs and Plans
