Job Description:
Assists in the implementation of the marketing plans and promotions for the Bakery branches to increase sales revenue.
Responsible in the attainment of approved Sales target.
Creates plans for gaining customers and retaining them.
Creates plans for engaging target market.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Marketing or any Business related course
At least 1-2 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing
work.
Has undergone trainings/seminar on Salesmanship, customer service and other sales related training
Must show Excellent English/Filipino communication skills (both verbal and nonverbal)
Has strong work ethics and follows company policies and general rules set forth by a company
Responsible, dependable and has positive attitude
Has Good interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills.
Resourceful and well-organized.
