QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any four (4) year course
• with 1 year experienced is of advantage
• Good in Communication Skills, Problem-Solving Skills and has initiative
• Ability to work under pressure

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Monitoring Driver’s deliveries, time and location; ensure both quality and quantity
  
•  Maintain communication with drivers to ensure all deliveries has been delivered to one place to another
• Monitor all repair orders 
• Update the delivery mileage information and attendance of all Drivers, Carpenters, Welders, Driller and Mechanic to the Log Book 
•  Monitor and Checking respective employees Daily Task and ensure proper execution 
• Submit Daily Monitoring Report to Immediate Head 
• Encode and Update Delivery Receipt and submit to the Accounting Officer 

OTHERS

• Perform any other appropriately related duty as requested by the Logistics Officer
