Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Graduate of BS-Psychology - (Psychometrician/BLEPP Passer)or any equivalent degree or course
Master's Degree in an advantage
With extensive work experience (at least 2-3 years)
Specialize on the 3 faces of HR : Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Organizational Development and Compensation Benefits.
Male or Female
At least 3 years as HR Officer/Specialist.
