Manage the day to day operations of the farm assigned; receives calls and messages, handle request and queries and check farm condition.
Oversee operations supplies inventory checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new farm feeds; verifying delivery receipt of supplies.
Coordinates with farm manager to ascertain production requirements and to discuss condition of equipment and status of supplies.
Inspect facilities and equipment for adequacy, sanitation and efficiency of operations

II. FARM AND CHICKEN MONITORING
Examines chickens for evidence of disease and growth rate (according to weight and age) to determine effectiveness of medication and feeding program.
Report findings of farm condition to Production Supervisor
Examine animals for injuries or malnutrition, and arrange for any necessary medical treatment.
Vaccinates poultry for diseases, such as pox and bronchitis, by placing vaccine in drinking water, dusting air with vaccine powder and vaccinates chicken by using sprays.
Ensure all aspects of running the farm are met from chick in-take to turnaround.
Ensuring the welfare of livestock, feeding ordering, ventilation management, vaccination, record keeping etc. are met.

III. REPORTS
Monitors and checks daily monitoring of the farm manager reportorial.
Reimburse petty cash, fuel allowance, transportation allowance and food allowance every 2nd and 4th week of the month.
Monitor daily mortality record
