Specific Responsibilities
- Responsible in Hiring and Recruiting new applicants
- Responsible in maintaining 201 files of employees both soft and hard copies
- Responsible in monitoring expiration of Probationary and Contractual Employment contracts per month for all departments and concession outlets.
- Responsible in monitoring the change of employment status of personnel
- Responsible in implementing procedures in the event of any infraction from the Company Rules and Regulations
- Performs other tasks as may be required by the Management
Job Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Psychology or HRDM
- Preferably female not more than 30 years old
- Preferably at least 6 months to 1 year experience in the same field
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Highly analytical
- Excellent in Written and Oral communication with interpersonal skills
- Must be thorough and prepared in all facets of Recruitment
- Honest, hardworking and patient.
- Prompt in meeting with deadlines and can work under pressure.
