Accounting Staff Fulltime

  • Preferably female at least 20 years old and above 
  •  Candidate must be a graduate of Accounting 
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in the same field 
  • Can work with less supervision 
  • Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department 
  • Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records

  • Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements 

  • Competency in MS Office applications 

  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports 
  • Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks 

  • Data entry and word processing skills 

  • Well organized 

  • Creative 

  • Extreme trustworthy 

  • Great communication skills  

  • Physically fit 

  • Work with less supervision
