Input to accounting system the Inventory Movements like Material Usage and output for fabrication
Maintain, monitor and update costs of the projects
Monitor budget vs actual materials used and labor applied in ongoing projects
Identify variance, whether favorable or unfavorable, and identify the next course of action to address the variance
Liaise with construction professionals, such as site managers and site engineers
Reconcile inventory variances with warehouse personnel
Compile project forecasts, bill of materials, and inventory reports that pertain to the construction and land development projects
