- Assist the HR Supervisor with the administration of the day-to day operations of the human Resources office.
- Recruiting and staffing logistics
- Performance Management tracking system
- Employee orientation and onboarding
- Database Management, Record keeping and Employee Filing System
- Assist the HR Supervisor with reports
- Assist in payroll
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of BS Psychology or HRDM
- Preferably fresh graduates
- Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and publisher
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
