  • Assist the HR Supervisor with the administration of the day-to day operations of the human Resources office.
  • Recruiting and staffing logistics 
  • Performance Management tracking system 
  • Employee orientation and onboarding 
  • Database Management, Record keeping and Employee Filing System 
  • Assist the HR Supervisor with reports 
  • Assist in payroll 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of BS Psychology or HRDM  
  • Preferably fresh graduates 
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and publisher 
  • Effective oral and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent organizational skills. 
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
