Check the final diagnosis and date of MGH (may-go-home) ordered by the attending physician
REQUIREMENTS
Give requirements and proper explanation to the patient's
Receive and checked the requirements if there are some errors or lacking
PHOTOCOPY
Doctor's Order and OR Notes for PHIC Transmittal
OTHER
Update logbook of posted payments
Make rounds to Doctor's Clinics and Non-Resident Doctors for their signature
Posting of charts to be forwarded to Records Section
PREFERABLY,
Has experiences with processing of PhilHealth claims
