Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, or Behavioral Science or any business management course
With at least 1-2 years experience in Human Resource Management especially in Employee Benefits and Timekeeping & Payroll
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
Excellent in written and oral English communication skills
Very organized and systematic
Honest, diligent, hardworking, creative and trustworthy
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Properly facilitates, updates and process government-related documents and requirements (DOLE, TESDA, BIR, TIN, HDMF, SSS, and PHILHEALTH) covered by the HR function.
Establishes updates and ensures complete data or documents in the 201 files of the employees.
Monitors and updates employee’s employment status
Facilitates and processes employment documents of separated employees.
Maintains a systematic and orderly safekeeping of inactive documents and 201 files in the warehouse for easy access.
Prepares timekeeping report (i.e. tardiness, absences, undertime, overtime and others) for payroll purpose and submits to Payroll section for computation.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior from time to time.
