Responsibilities:
- Accountable on actual inventory and data recording on weekly report.
- Knows how to balance report
- Equipped on how to settle shortages.
- Responsible for making inventory report monthly and annually.
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels.
- Tracks orders and investigates problems.
- Records purchases and maintains database.
- Performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports..
- Responsible for proper stocking and strict observance of FIFO process.
- Responsible in making variance report and charge shortages to the concerned personnel.
- Responsible in checking declared shortages, spoilage and/or breakage and damage by outlet personnel.
- Ensure correct entry from invoice to inventory forms.
- Processes and check invoices for liquidation.
- May lead, guide, and train staff.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
- Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
- Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Finance or Accounting related course
- At least 1 year experience in the related field
- Knowledge of relevant accounting software
- proficient in data entry and management
- Excellent organizational , analytical and interpersonal skills
- Keen into details
- Sound understanding of accounting principles
- Advanced skills in MS applications
- Judgment and Decision Making
