Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Graduate of BS-Nursing
With extensive work experience (at least 1-2 years)
Male or Female
Should be a registered nurse in the Philippines
Should be a member of:
a. Philippine Nurses Association (PNA).
b. Renal Nurses Association of the Philippines (RENAP).
Should be a passer of the Certified Renal Nurse Association Exam
Should have at least six months to one year effective nursing management experience
Should have undergone in – service education training's which includes but not limited to:
a. Seminar / Training for Charge Nurses
b. Basic IV Therapy
c. Basic / Advance Cardiac Life Support Training
Should have background knowledge in clinical responsibility
Should be Christ – centered, compassionate, competent and skillful in rendering nursing care
Should be able to communicate effectively and establish good public relations.
Should be neat and well – groomed
