Company Nurse/ Branch HR Staff Fulltime

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Gradute;
  • Experience in handling payroll is an advantage;
  • Has a sense of urgency and can interact with different personalities; 
  • Computer literacy is a must;
  • Experience as company nurse is an advantage 
  • Can work with minimal supervision and has initiative; 
  • People-oriented, resilient and works well under pressure


SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 


1. RECRUITMENT 


  • All job vacancies in the branch must be coordinated to the HRD for assistance in sourcing. Branches are encouraged to also initiate independent sourcing activities in their localities. 
  • Branches must conduct initial interviews and identify short-listed candidates for exam and further screening. All applicants must accomplish the Standard Application Form of the Company. 
  •  Applicants who passed the initial interview must be scheduled for a 2nd interview with the BM and/or Comptroller to identify that will take the standard test.
  •  Contract signing and accomplishment of 201 Files must be done after the orientation. 
  • Makes sure that new hires are given basic information on the Branch Organization set-up and gives a quick tour to the different departments, introduces them to other personnel. 
  • Turnover new recruits to the concerned Function Head for orientation about the job and discussion of the Job Description (JD), Branch HRD Staff must prepare a print out of the JD. 


2. ADMINISTRATIVE


  • Maintains 201 file both soft and hard copies of all officers and employees in the Company. 
  •  Implements the automated system of monitoring the monthly head-count of the branch and prepares consolidated monthly report. 
  •  Gathers monthly head-count report of all departments every 4th week of the month and submitted to the Sr HRD Staff the latest 1st week of the next month. 
  •  Monitors expiration of Probationary and Contractual Employment contracts per month for all departments and concession outlets.
  • Performs other tasks as may be required by the Management.
