SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. RECRUITMENT
All job vacancies in the branch must be coordinated to the HRD for assistance in sourcing. Branches are encouraged to also initiate independent sourcing activities in their localities.
Branches must conduct initial interviews and identify short-listed candidates for exam and further screening. All applicants must accomplish the Standard Application Form of the Company.
Applicants who passed the initial interview must be scheduled for a 2nd interview with the BM and/or Comptroller to identify that will take the standard test.
Contract signing and accomplishment of 201 Files must be done after the orientation.
Makes sure that new hires are given basic information on the Branch Organization set-up and gives a quick tour to the different departments, introduces them to other personnel.
Turnover new recruits to the concerned Function Head for orientation about the job and discussion of the Job Description (JD), Branch HRD Staff must prepare a print out of the JD.
2. ADMINISTRATIVE
Maintains 201 file both soft and hard copies of all officers and employees in the Company.
Implements the automated system of monitoring the monthly head-count of the branch and prepares consolidated monthly report.
Gathers monthly head-count report of all departments every 4th week of the month and submitted to the Sr HRD Staff the latest 1st week of the next month.
Monitors expiration of Probationary and Contractual Employment contracts per month for all departments and concession outlets.
Performs other tasks as may be required by the Management.
