Monthly Salary: Php 15k-20k



  • Perform inbound and outbound calls
  • Generates and processes new sales leads
  • Answers phone calls from prospect and existing clients
  • Must be able to comprehend and understand what the clients are saying over phone very well
  • Follows-up with prospect and existing clients
  • Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
  • Provide sales support to sales persons
  • Provide support to clients over phone, emails and remote desktop
  • Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problem as necessary.
  • Arrange appointments with prospect clients and the sales team
  • Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts and phone calls
  • Updates all contact information for clients and the sales team
  • Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary.
  • Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents.


  • Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in any field
  • Less than a year working experience considered. Preferably one-year experience doing appointment setting or in a call center, sales or telemarketing role
  • Must speak English fluently and possess professional verbal and written communication skills including active listening
  • Must be assertive, proactive and can function independently
  • Customer-focused, enthusiastic, prompt and courteous
  • Must be familiar with the different MS Office applications
  • Fresh Graduates/ Entry level and Senior level applicants are encouraged to apply
