Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Others), Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
With experience specializing in Warehouse Management and Planning, Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize, organize and accomplish work
Familiar with SAP System
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the control of operating, cleaning and allied materials within the warehouse
Transacts GR and DR within the ERP (SAP) system
Follow up Orders and Delivery schedule to Demand and Planning group
Coordinates with 3PL for direct delivery schedules and routes
Coordinates with Demand and Planning department for Hi-Lo stocks
Generates daily, weekly and monthly inventory report
Reports and traces variances
Responsible for maintaining and exceeding target Inventory Records Accuracy (IRA)
Responsible for compliance with Good Warehouse Practices (GWP)
Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time
