Review, understand, and design the implementation plan based on the Project Charter
Liaise with the project stakeholders for progress update, issue/problem resolution and other coordination activities.
Project Scope Management: Define, breakdown, and manage the scope of the project with respect to time allotment and cost target.
Project Tasks Management: Define/Design the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) of the project in to tasks.
Ensure quality delivery of each task and to complete them at the smallest time and overall cost.
Project Deliverables Management: Define/List down the overall project deliverables—taggable and non-taggable—according to charter scope and client’s buy-in.
Ensure that deliverables are properly documented, delivered, and accepted by the client. Milestone deliverables are to be clearly defined too.
Project Problem Management: Implement as part of governance the Problem Resolution and Escalation process and the people involved.
Vendor Management: Define and implement the rules of engagement with vendors or 3rd party implementors and suppliers of the project.
Perform other task as may be assigned by superior.
Qualifications:
Must be Licensed Engineer.
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
With time management and organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD;
Ability to work with multiple discipline projects;
