- The Front Office Associate is the front liner of the hotel. Shall be responsible for the check-in process of the guest all the way to their check-out, communicating with other departments regarding the status of the rooms, handling payments, taking calls and booking reservations.
Requirements:
- College graduate preferably HRM or any related course
- Strong interpersonal skills and pleasing personality
- Effective decision making skills
- Flexible Schedule
- With or without experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
