RESPONSIBILITIES:
What does a Non-voice Customer Service Specialist do? They assist customers through email or chat support by identifying service-related problems and researching answers, guiding customers through corrective steps, or even making sales in certain situations, such as encouraging customers to upgrade to better products, or services. This job is very important because Non-voice Customer Service Specialists are the eyes and ears of the company.
