GENERAL WORK EXPERIENCE (options)
- At least 6 months of IT sourcing and recruiting experience or
- 1+ year of sourcing and recruiting experience or
- 1+ year experience as a Contact Center Sales/Retention Agent or
- 2+ years experience as a Contact Center Customer Service Representative

- Should possess excellent communication, presentation and inter-personal skills
- Adept in sourcing candidates utilizing alternative sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Google, social media, etc.
- Work in a team focused competitive environment
- Full Cycle (end to end) recruitment experience preferred
- Adhere to documentation and processes for compliance.
- Familiar with recruiting best practices to attract in-demand professionals and able to be creative with alternative sourcing strategies
