Job Responsibilities:


  • Permits & licenses processing and renewal 
  • LTO registration and renewal of all company vehicles
  • Concierge services for Directors & Executives
  • Hotel reservations and vehicle transport services
  • Snacks & meal arrangements during Project/Business Reviews or Department Meetings
  • All cash advances related to Administrative function
  • Building Insurance and Fire Insurance processing
  • Real Property Taxes processing
  • Community Relations (Adopt-A-School Program)
  • Solicitations and donations
  • Accountability listing of company issued cell phones
  • Other administrative services that may be so required by the Organization
  • Utilities
  • Messengerial requirements of different departments
  • Maintenance and upkeep of ADMIN Office and open ground

Job Requirements:


  • Must be a graduate of BS in Business Administration or Office Administration 
  • With at least six (6) months to one (1) year experience of relevant administrative tasks, preferably in Manufacturing set-up.
  • Preferably with experience in Permits & Licenses processing & renewal
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS Applications (MS Word, Excel and Power point)
  • Must be keen on details
  • Must have high regard to work ethics
