Job Description:

In charge of accounting concerns such as disbursement, employee salary and allowance. Manages company finances and financial status.


Job Specifications:

Maintain financial reports, records and general ledgers

Prepare and analyze budgets as well as perform general bookkeeping

Responsible for billing activities such as accounts payable and accounts receivable

Input type of vouchers, invoices, Checks, account statements, reports and other financial records

Job Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in accounting or any degree in business with emphasis in accounting firm a reputable college or university is required.

Must be highly skilled in use of excel spreadsheets and other accounting software.

Must be highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data.

Must be a perfectionist by nature, with no tolerance for financial sloppiness.

At least 1-2 years work experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Willing to work on night shift or shifting schedules.
