Windows/Mac/Linux OS deployment and support
User hardware/software/peripheral support
LAN troubleshooting and support
Hardware procurement and asset management
Creating and maintaining documentation
Mentoring and handling escalations from junior technicians
Resolve concerns pertaining to Accounting, Billing, Course Content, Feedback, and Technical issues.
Act responsively, accurately, and with attention to detail to requests.
Proactively identify concerns and address them swiftly.
College Graduate - Preferably IT-related courses
With experience is an advantage.
Should be good with SAP Business One
Good knowledge in SAP S/4HANA
Good in doing queries
Excellent English communication skills
Willing to work in graveyard shifts
