A leading manufacturer of Marca Leon high quality cooking oils is in need of:
PRODUCTION IN CHARGE (FILLING DEPARTMENT)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate the daily activities of the different operators in identifying the material requirements, adherence to quality control policies and in monitoring the quantity of finished packaging materials
- Supervises the operators n the operations and the maintenance of all machinery, equipment and facilities utilized in the Filling Operations
- Oversees the actual use of the different sized of SKUs, evaluates the performance of the facilities and the equipment and designs improvements for increased efficiency and smooth operations.
- Coordinates with the Supervisor on production schedules and input and output requirements with regard to the volume of production against demand as well as personnel assignment and shifting
- Monitors the performance of the different facilities and equipment , the pace of work within his area of work and the inventory levels of materials and the supplies issued to production
- Submits periodic reports to the Supervisor on production, supplies and materials consumption, electricity and other reports that may be required by Management
- Input in the system pertaining to Filling Production Report, issuance of material usages and Inter Warehouse Transfer Report of finished goods
- To implement and practice GMP, 5S and HACCP in the workplace
- Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably a graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering - Must have at least 1-2 years experience in working in manufacturing or production.
- Must have experience in handling personnel or has held a supervisory position
- Must be able to work with less supervision
