Front Office Associate Fulltime

The Front Office Associate is the front liner of the hotel. Shall be responsible for the check-in process of the guest all the way to their check-out, communicating with other departments regarding the status of the rooms, handling payments, taking calls and booking reservations.



Requirements:


  • College graduate preferably HRM or any related course
  • Strong interpersonal skills and pleasing personality
  • Effective decision making skills
  • Flexible Schedule
  • With or without experience
