Foreman
A Foreman plans, coordinates, budgets and directs activities pertaining to construction and maintenance. The Foreman oversees lower-level supervisory personnel. A Foreman also takes part in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee scheduling, organization and implementation of projects.
Qualifications:
Required:
a. Effective and Consistent Management Skills of Lead men and new sets of Construction Crew
b. All-around skills in General Construction
c. Willing to adopt to New Construction Technology
d. At least one year experience as a Foreman
