- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College degree in Civil engineering or equivalent
- Good in oral and communication skills
- Computer profecient
- Strong analytical skills
- Preferably with at least two (2) years work experience in specialized in Engineering- Civil/ Construction/ Structural or equivalent
- Willing to travel anywhere in Visayas and Mindanao from time to time
