* Average to Excellent English communications Skills
* College grad/ at least 2 years College Undergrad/ High School Grad/ SHS Grad
* Amenable to work for 8 hours
* Must be enthusiastic and conversant
* Willing to work in a shifting schedule
* Can do multi-tasking
* Able to type 35 words per minute
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Respond to customers’ inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintain a competent and polite temperament when conversing with consumers and peers
* Uphold the company’s mission and vision, that is to provide excellent customer service
